TOOL Design
All our die designs are done with the help of CAD software. We have highly equipped tool room to fulfill any need of our valuable customers. Quality check at all stages of tool making is done very promptly.
Manufacturing
The product is done with precise and accurate machines. This is the stage where we carry out stringent online inspections of our products to meet international standards.
Finishing
Finishing of our products is done with vibrators and tumbling barrels with polishing media. For sheet metal parts Shot blasting with stainless steel shots, Zinc plating, Powder coating can be done on demand.
Quality Checking
All the products are checked 100% for quality. Result of very strict inspection is that best quality products reaches to customer.
Packing
Customized packing in bulk & small bags & boxes with neutral labels. On request, we provide customer-specific Barcode labels. The boxes are put on strong fumigated pallets, secured with stretch film prior to despatch.
